I'm especially referring to the later eps, the ones after the main story arc covered by the manga. Though I will agree that the eps covered by the main story arc can be considered innocent... to a sense.
But Rizels good :) I like it, fun fun...
i haven't seen all of the episodes of rizelmine but im pretty sure they arent worse than the previous perverted animes (no offence Mr. Pocky) but i dont know yet. the manga is cute and so are the episodes i have seen
I had wondered why you hadn't put Amenaideyo in the running but it was probably not found when searched with that spelling. Oh we1l, the ANN reviews for it are mediocre at best...
Oh, and the Elfin Lied OVA hasn't yet been licensed although it is probably a bit gorey...
umm maybe sum cute, funny, ferocious anime like the mahoraba one...
I recommend Midori no Hibiki, although it contains mild to medium ecchi.
School Rumble isn't licensed, however, the manga is. As for Mahou Sensei Negima, that show is licensed.
I'm not sure if these are all licensed, but they are ones i've always enjoyed.

What about Sailor moon season 5? I've always wanted to see that one.
I'd suggest Nanoha (Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha). The first season is a bit iffy and travels the gamut from tiresome magical girl show to rival fighting to space adventure, but the second season (and it's fairly separate, so you could just delve in there if you wanted with minimal loss of info) is pretty amazing.
Rozen Maiden and its sequel Traumend are also excellent choices. You might be wary of Kamichu because all the episodes aren't translated and no solid group has been consisently releasing them.
How about Vandread?
Che! I had a feeling Ichigo Mashimaro was licensed. But Kamichu should give us almost as much cuteness and a lot more story. Move my vote over to Kamichu.
(This is if you didn't check on my late comment in your last entry...I'm sorry, I just REALLY like some of these animes, and people should see them. >3
urr...how about Fushigi Yugi (okay, mabye not for the kiddies). Then there's Detective Conan (a.k.a. "Case Closed"), or FLCL (Furi Kuri/Fuli Kuli), Escaflowne, the Sailor Moon Movies (y'know, just to kill some time), R.O.D. the TV (I heard it's good), Cardcaptor Sakura (NOT Cardcaptors), RG Veda, Chobits (again, not for the kiddies), Cowboy Bebop, Samurai Champloo, Samurai Pizza Cats (I'm sorry, I'm having a nostalgia problem), Yu Yu Hakusho, One Piece...Am I leaving any out? (J.K.)

It's about a kid on a journey along with a talking motorcycle named Hermes-sounds gay but it's really good and I don't think it's licensed.

oooh!! i wuz thinking about tokyo mew mew too, but theres a site called "www.youtube.com" and then at da top u type an anime show then "episode" after.it'll find da episodes or amvs if there is ^ ^
